Dental Bonding in Perkasie

WHAT IS DENTAL BONDING?

Dental bonding is a cosmetic procedure used to improve dental imperfections and achieve a more aesthetically pleasing smile. Composite resin is bonded to your teeth to change the length, shape, size, or shade of your teeth. Bonding can be used to improve discoloration, chips or cracks, gaps, and to elongate teeth or change their shape entirely.

The procedure is often combined with contouring and shaping, which involves removing a small amount of tooth enamel to improve the tooth’s appearance. Contact us at Perkasie Dental Loft today to schedule a consultation with Dr. Lindsey Cerdas.

BENEFITS OF DENTAL BONDING

Dental bonding is a painless minimally invasive and cost-effective way to improve the appearance of your teeth and overall smile. No anesthesia is required in most cases. It’s one of the most affordable cosmetic procedures and is a great alternative to veneers and dental crowns.

It also enables you to improve the aesthetics of your teeth without removing a significant amount of enamel from your teeth. Bonding can also close small gaps between the teeth without resorting to costly and lengthy orthodontic treatment. Patients with sensitive teeth can experience some relief with tooth bonding by sealing exposed nerves.
